The age limit requirement is 18 – 68 years at the time of loan application and loan maturity respectively

The customer will be required to follow the following steps:

1. Visit the nearest U Bank branch
2. Provide the required KYC documents
3. Deposit the upfront charges
4. Sign the loan application form and submit

The following documents are required:

– Sole Proprietors – Proof of business like business card, cash memo, letterhead or utility bill, bank statement

– Businesses – Proof of business like business card, cash memo, letterhead or utility bill, bank statement

– Salaried Individuals – Proof of income and employment

– Farmers – Agri Passbook

3. Collateral Valuation Charges
4. Legal Opinion Fee (where applicable)
